  • I offer 50-minute therapy sessions via telehealth for $200. I also offer sliding scale spots on a limited, case-by-case basis. Please feel free to reach out to inquire about availability.

While I’m currently out of network, I can provide superbills for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance plan. I encourage clients to reach out to their insurance provider directly to better understand their out-of-network benefits and reimbursement options.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your mental health care. Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers are required to provide clients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance with an estimate of expected charges for services, including psychotherapy.

You may ask for a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling services. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute the bill.
